 Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi has laughed off Anderson Cooper's recent jokes about her fame.The CNN news anchor had poked fun at the reality star's financial pull on Anderson Cooper 360 earlier this week, saying that anyone who "pays Snooki to be Snooki" was now included on his RidicuList. "She is one ridiculously lucky, unusually spunky, freakishly tanned, beer guzzling, juicehead hugging, muscle loving, Botero body, pint-sized, money-making machine," he said. The journalist went on to talk about the star's income, joking that she had "taken a cue from her own hair" in getting a rumoured raise to $100,000 per episode for the fourth season of Jersey Shore. He also pointed out that she was paid $32,000 to deliver a speech at Rutgers University, while Nobel Prize winner Toni Morrison received $2,000 less, before reading excerpts from books by both women to compare their literary worth. Cooper also expressed his amazement that Snooki can earn $25,000 just for appearing at a club, playing a video of her Jersey Shore highlights, which included falling over on the dance floor, to show clubbers what they can expect. "I'm not saying it isn't downright captivating and she isn't worth every penny, all I'm saying is you don't have to spend tens of thousands of dollars to get your Snooki on," he added. "You just need basic cable." However, the reality star didn't seem to mind his comments, tweeting: "Every1s askin me about Mista Anderstand Cooper. He called me freakishly tan AND I'm lucky? Gotta love this man! He's got a nice tan goin too! Thanks Coop! (sic)" Anderson addressed her response on 360 the following night, saying that he "appreciated" her tweet and jokingly thanking her for not having "some juicehead" beat him up. "For the record, though I was poking fun at Snooki last night, of all the Jersey Shore folk, she is my favourite," he said.
